Earn Points
By using the hotel.You can earn JR Hotel Members (JRHM) Points.
Please present your membership card when paying at the hotel.
For overnight stays
Room rate (tax excluded, service charge included)
5 points will be granted per 100 yen.
For restaurants
ご利用料金(tax excluded, service charge included)
3–10 points will be granted per 100 yen.
Cases not eligible for the granting of points: Please be sure to read
○ Points will not be granted if you do not present your membership card or declare your membership.
○ Points will not be granted if the member has not made a payment.
■ Non-Eligible Items
Taxes (consumption tax, accommodation tax, bathing tax, etc.)
Payments other than room charge and food and beverage charges
(parking, pay-per-view, telephone, laundry, massage, delivery, flower arrangement, tobacco, use of incidental facilities, etc.)
Plans, menus, products, etc. that are not eligible for points determined by the hotel
Fees for weddings and banquets
■ Non-Eligible Reservation Methods
Reservations through travel agencies
Online reservations other than official websites
■ Non-Eligible Payment Methods
Accounts receivable, corporate bulk billing
Payment with JR Hotel Members Points
Payment in conjunction with other discounts, special benefits, or points (excluding some hotels)

When Points Are Granted
JRHM Points will be granted at noon on the day after the check-out date and the day after the restaurant is used.
*It may take up to two weeks for points to be granted to point partner facilities.
Gold Status Information
If you earn more than 25,000 points in one year (accumulation period: April 1 to March 31), your status will be renewed to “Gold” for the following year and you will receive “Gold Status Benefits.”
Use Points
Points can be used for payment at the JR Hotel Members (JRHM)hotel.
Please present your membership card at the time of payment at the hotel.
At the hotel, you can use your earned JRHM Points to pay from 1 point (= 1 yen).
When paying at the hotel or restaurant
Please present your membership card and tell the staff that “you will be paying with JRHM Points.”
*No change will be given upon use.
*At some hotels and restaurants, you are not able to use your points.
Check your earned points
You can check the receipt when you use the hotel or after logging in to the membership app or online.
*Some hotels are not able to print points on receipts. Please contact the applicable hotel for details.
Expiration Date of Points
Points are counted annually with the last day being March 31 of each year and will expire two years later on March 31.
