3 to 10 JRHM Points will be granted for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent at participating hotels and restaurants.

On the Internet, you can get members-only plans, member discounts, and other benefits.
You can make reservations for advantageous accommodation plans by “logging in as a member” on the official website.
You can get a great deal on accommodation and restaurant charges.
If you make an accommodation reservation by phone, you will receive a 10-20% discount from the regular rate.

Your designated transportation IC card or smartphone will be your membership card.
For those who do not have any designated transportation IC card, your membership card will be issued at a hotel.

When you present your membership card at the time of your stay, you can check in smoothly with just your signature, without the need to fill in your address, date of birth, etc.
Late Check-Out
Check-out time can be extended until noon upon request at check-in.
*Normal check-out time for some facilities is noon (12 noon).
*A one-hour extension from the check-out time is available at some hotels.
*We may not be able to meet your request due to some accommodation plans and reservations that are not eligible for the benefits.

You can also check the app for beneficial member information.
*You can choose your preference when you register for a new membership online or when you fill out a membership application form at the hotel.

*The source domain (after “@”) of the e-mail newsletter is jrhotel-m.jp. Please set your account so that you can receive our emails.
*Personal information received at the time of membership application will be used to send the above-mentioned e-mails and direct mails, as well as when it is necessary to contact you.
