What Is the Membership Status System?
Two types of status: Regular and Gold
The new status for the following year is determined according to the points earned in one year (accumulation period: April 1 to March 31).
Less than 25,000 points is Regular and 25,000 points or more is Gold.
The new status will be renewed on May 1 of each year, and the renewed status will apply for one year (applicable period: May 1 to April 30).
*Depending on the points earned, you may be downgraded from Gold to Regular.

*Hotel Granvia Kyoto has terminated this offer as of September 30, 2021.
*In this benefit, the “Granvia Lounge” is available only for the member and an accompanying guest in the same room.
*This is not applicable to the use by accompanying guests in a separate room from the member.

How to Check Renewed Status
Membership status is renewed every May. You can check your renewed status from “My Page” and “JRHM Point Inquiry” after logging in.
Members who renew their membership to Gold status will be notified of their membership status by e-mail as an [Important Notice].
